After years of operating as a cash-based clinic, I’m excited to share that I am now officially in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Louisiana.
But let me be clear about something important:
My model of care is not changing.
This isn’t about switching to a traditional insurance-based model. It’s about creating a better path—giving more people access to high-quality care without compromising what makes Evolve different.
I’m still offering:
- 1-on-1 sessions with me, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy
- My hybrid rehab model (in-person visits + app-based programming)
- Easy online booking—no referral needed
- Performance and recovery sessions even if you’re not injured
- The same flexibility and personalized care, with or without insurance
If you don’t have Blue Cross Blue Shield—nothing changes for you.
Evolve is still a cash-based clinic outside of BCBS. You can still book sessions easily, come in for occasional tune-ups, or work through a full rehab plan—all without needing a referral or going through insurance.
I chose to take on BCBS simply because I believe more people should have access to the kind of care I provide. But I’ve also chosen not to be in-network with other providers, because many offer extremely low reimbursement rates and come with administrative barriers that prevent me from delivering the quality care you deserve.
So whether you’ve worked with me before or have been waiting for the right time to start—I’m here, and the mission is the same: To give you the highest level of care, support, and results possible.
