Our approach with 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions makes the best use of your time, so you can use the remainder of the week being productive in other areas, like chasing the kids and work.

That’s why we deliver your rehab plan digitally. Videos of each exercise are provided and, most importantly, you make your schedule and get it done when it works for you.

The first step is to fill out our contact form so we know who you are, what you are looking for, your health history, and most importantly your goals. We will then call you to schedule a FREE consultation which will allow you to share more of your story and understand a bit more about how we can help you. Goal-Focused Evaluation

Each evaluation is 90 minutes full of physical examination, functional movement assessment based on your needs, education on what you’re dealing with, and the development of a plan to achieve your goals.

Your Therapy Package

Each person is different; therefore, each treatment plan is as well. Some people may need more in-person help, some people may want to be fully digital, and for others, something in between. We’ll talk together about what works best for you and your current situation.


Our evaluations follow a structured process that allows us to fully understand you and your pain.



Reviewing History & Goals

Here, we’ll have a quick review of what we discussed during your consultation call, and expand on any extra info you may have forgotten or want to include. Our goal is to have a full understanding of you and your concerns before we jump into your physical assessment.

Physical Assessment

Many factors play a role in the root cause of pain. It often extends well beyond your “problem area”. We’ll spend time exploring anything and everything to understand how you move, why you move the way you do, and getting a full grasp on where you currently are functionally.



Developing Your Plan

Here, we’ll further educate you on our findings, and how they play a part in the issues that brought you to us. Then, we’ll discuss our recommended path forward and answer any additional questions that you may have.
